Shocker in films and TV series: a quiet but memorable role
In the screen adaptations, Shocker has never been the headline act, but he has left a lasting impression. He makes a first notable appearance in the animated series Spider-Man: The Animated Series from the 1990s, where his look and his weapons are faithfully reproduced. In that version he plays a cold mercenary, often taking orders from Kingpin or the Hobgoblin.
